With 20+ years of marketing and technology experience in the Hospitality Industry (Restaurant & Lodging), Laura Dorazio is responsible for all of Epsilon’s Restaurant business development efforts throughout the Eastern United States. Most of Laura’s tenure came from American Express where she increased market share through industry partnerships and developing and selling a variety of marketing programs and technology solutions, including Membership Rewards Campaigns. In addition to the 16+ years with American Express, she has several years of experience in working with start-up loyalty technology companies, focused solely on the Restaurant Industry.
A native of Florida, Laura majored in Marketing, receiving her BS from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL.
