Susan Ann Carroll-Boser, started her career with White Castle 25 years ago. Susan works with her team to create and support software while also working with White Castle telecommunications. She serves on the Restaurant Leadership and Loss Prevention teams.
Susan has made many contributions to White Castle’s technology and systems integration. Her contributions include the creation of cross platform People systems, early innovations in OCB software and the constant drive to discover problems and find a solution. Other responsibilities include software development, technology strategy, security and auditing, omni-channel platform integration, customer UX and vendor and project management.
She is a member of Women in Technology, a tech organization that offers a broad range of support, programs and resources to advance women in technology from the classroom to the boardroom. Susan is chairman of the National Restaurant Association’s (NRA) Information Technology Executive Study Group, a group that is devoted to keeping members current with the latest developments in the restaurant industry and IT field. She is also chairman of the NRA’s Cyber Security Committee.
