Shelly Walsh is the Senior Manager of Franchise Programs at Firehouse Subs, a fast casual restaurant chain with a passion for Hearty and Flavorful Food, Heartfelt Service and Public Safety, and she has been with the brand for 10 years.

With demonstrated experience and success in project management, as well as applications development, Shelly is responsible for the program development of various web applications, most specifically, Fire Cloud, the brand’s custom developed franchise business management software. Shelly has been instrumental in the Fire Cloud concept and development strategy, continuing to create applications that are mobile friendly and allow for increased efficiency in running the franchise business from every role. In addition to applications development, Shelly has managed and been a contributor for an array of projects including a systemwide POS conversion as well as the brand’s first fully custom e-commerce solution.
